Commissioning is all about how we use resources to achieve outcomes.  In the context of LAAs, Strategic Commissioning is key to service improvement. The aim of this event is to answer such questions as: What is Strategic Commissioning? Why is it important to the Cultural Sector? How do we position the sector strongly to maximise the opportunities of Strategic Commissioning?
