Title:

Maximising Efficiencies: Delivering more for less through culture and sport

Summary:

How can you ensure value for money, efficiency and quality of service in Culture & Sport services in the current economic context?
With public sector cuts imminent, Culture & Sport services need robust evidence of their relevance to local authority priorities and examples of new ways of working to deliver leaner services.
This seminar provided examples of good practice, a forum for debate and sharing of ideas.
