The Cultural Improvement Partnership East Midlands vision is to increase the impact and value of cultural services to the communities of the East Midlands by facilitating continuous improvement, effective delivery and shared service provision.

The way we do this is to support local government to support its own self-improvement journey. We will do this by developing capacity of local government, supporting more effective partnership working between local government and regional cultural agencies, raising awareness and sharing best practice, supporting continuous improvement in culture and sport services and developing effective community leadership and advocacy. We also continue to make the case for culture and sport to be mainstreamed into the activities of local authorities.
