Who we are//

The partnership comprises representatives of the Key Regional Cultural Agencies and local government.

Delivery of the partnership objectives is through a team of sub-regional Cultural Leads including: Liz Blyth, Leicester City Council; Mark Homer, Lincolnshire County Council; Andrew Beddow, Derby City Council; Sarah Dawes, Newark and Sherwood District Council; Ian Redfern, Northampton Borough Council, Graham Callister, Northamptonshire County Council and Clare Hudson, Leicestershire County Council.

The partnership is funded by the East Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (EMIEP) and the key regional cultural agencies (Sport England, Arts Council England, and the MLA ). It is supported by Government Office for the East Midlands.
